While we make every effort to deliver your items within this timeframe, please understand that delivery times may be subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to freight delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, and unforeseen events.

  2. Communication and Scheduling: Once your product is ready for delivery, our dedicated delivery team will contact you via phone to schedule a convenient delivery time. We appreciate your patience during this process, as we strive to accommodate your preferences and ensure a smooth delivery experience.

  3. Delivery Conditions: It is important to ensure that the delivery location is accessible and prepared for the arrival of your furniture. Please clear any pathways, doorways, or staircases to facilitate the delivery process. Our delivery team will exercise caution while handling and transporting your items, but please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damages to your property that may occur during the delivery. If the delivery team is unable to delivery the furniture to your location via elevator (e.g. furniture is too large, elevator is not operational, building management denies access, etc.), please directly liaise with the delivery crew for a staircase delivery. Additional fees will apply.

  4. Signature Requirement: For security purposes, a signature may be required upon delivery to confirm receipt of the furniture. If you are unable to be present at the designated delivery time, please make arrangements for someone else to accept the delivery on your behalf.
