  1. Warranty Coverage: HomeEazily warrants that our products, when used under normal conditions and in accordance with the provided installation, operation, and maintenance manual, shall be free from defects in material, workmanship, and function for the duration specified in the Warranty Terms, starting from the original date of receipt.

  2. Remedies: In the event that any warranted product is found to be defective under normal use, HomeEazily will, at its discretion, choose to replace, repair, or provide appropriate adjustments to the product at our own cost. The original purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy against HomeEazily shall be limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product, as provided herein.

  3. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover labor or other costs associated with the removal or installation of any defective, repaired, or replaced product. Furthermore, HomeEazily's liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. This limited warranty does not cover loss or damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, accidents, neglect, acts of god, improper installation, improper maintenance and care (including the use of abrasive cleaners or exposure to harsh chemicals or outdoor environments that may damage finishes and materials), modification, adjustment or repair by unauthorized parties, normal wear and tear (such as gloss reduction, scratching, staining, and alkaline etching of finishes over time due to use, cleaning practices, or environmental conditions), or any other exclusions outlined in the product page.

  4. Transferability: This warranty extends to the original purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owners or third parties. Any warranty claims made by the original purchaser must include all relevant information, such as a copy of the original order confirmation, a detailed description of the problem, and clear pictures or videos showing the issue.

  5. Limitation of Liability: HomeEazily shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any nature, including but not limited to loss of profit, promotional and/or manufacturing expenses, overhead costs, injury to reputation, or loss of customers. This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Singapore.

  6. Non-Warranty Statements: No affirmation, whether expressed in words or actions, other than those outlined in this warranty document, shall constitute a warranty by HomeEazily.
