Our delivery team will exercise caution while handling and transporting your items, but please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damages to your property that may occur during the delivery. If the delivery team is unable to delivery the furniture to your location via elevator (e.g. furniture is too large, elevator is not operational, building management denies access, etc.), please directly liaise with the delivery crew for a staircase delivery. Additional fees will apply.

4. Signature Requirement: For security purposes, a signature may be required upon delivery to confirm receipt of the furniture. If you are unable to be present at the designated delivery time, please make arrangements for someone else to accept the delivery on your behalf.

Warranty Coverage: HomeEazily warrants that our products, when used under normal conditions and in accordance with the provided installation, operation, and maintenance manual, shall be free from defects in material, workmanship, and function for the duration specified in the Warranty Terms, starting from the original date of receipt.

2. Remedies: In the event that any warranted product is found to be defective under normal use, HomeEazily will, at its discretion, choose to replace, repair, or provide appropriate adjustments to the product at our own cost. The original purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy against HomeEazily shall be limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product, as provided herein.

3. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover labor or other costs associated with the removal or installation of any defective, repaired, or replaced product. Furthermore, HomeEazily's liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
